The Sports & Community Engagement Department is dedicated to strengthening community connections and supporting the organization’s mission through sports-based programs, partnerships, and fundraising initiatives.
 

Main Goals:
 

• Sports-Based Programming: Developing and supporting athletic and recreational activities that bring together youth, families, and the broader community.
   

• Community Partnerships: Building and maintaining relationships with sports organizations, churches, leagues, and community groups to expand engagement and collaboration.
   

• Fundraising Through Sports: Leading sports-related fundraising initiatives, including tournaments, charity matches, and community sporting events.
   

• Youth & Family Engagement: Promoting participation in sports activities that encourage healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and cultural connection.
   

• Sponsorship & Outreach Support: Assisting with sponsorship development and outreach efforts connected to sports and athletic events.
